I am Samantha Moon

I am Samantha Moon, Marketing Manager at HeadnClouds, a cloud technology company. In my spare time, I am an anonymous column writer for the Marketing Minds R Us monthly magazine. I am 38 years old and wear  M&S size 14. I have 2.5 children, and the .5 child is my fair-weather husband, Andy Moon. 

I was overjoyed because I had achieved the impossible. I, Samantha Moon, had made everyone in the office happy by supplying them with Turkish Delight from my family holiday to Turkey. My colleagues behaved worse than the children in Jessica’s class, consuming their delights like piranhas and fighting for the final few.

At lunchtime, our Managing Director, Ken Braun, was reading the latest copy of Marketing Minds Monthly. Nobody in my office knew that I wrote the column for that magazine, and I didn't want them to, so I sensibly used the pen name - ‘Miss Anonymous’.

​My time of the month = memory loss, short fuse, need for chocolate, need for sleep, and need for husband to help around the house. For some reason, when he tries to help, the house looks messier.

My pompous boss Bernie sent me on a two-day management course. The most amusing module was about negative thoughts and how to improve your relationship with your boss. I nearly wept with laughter when it was suggested that Bernie and I needed some bonding time to improve our working relationship. I feared his idea of bonding would be rather different to mine.
