A key highlight of my work was managing the "Managed Social On Demand" project. I was directly responsible for curating, creating, and optimising high-impact content, which I then integrated into our proprietary distribution platform. This automated system seamlessly syndicated this tailored content to the vast global networks of Oracle and McAfee, effectively reaching their entire ecosystem of customers, vendors, and resellers. Through this project, I ensured consistent messaging and strengthened digital partnerships across their extensive professional communities.

As a key member working with the marketing department at Xara, I played an integral role in shaping the brand's voice and driving market engagement for their comprehensive software suites. Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team of designers, programmers, and fellow creators, I took ownership of the full lifecycle of our marketing communications. My efforts spanned the creation of high-conversion newsletters, targeted email campaigns, compelling press releases, and engaging social media content, all while ensuring that product descriptions clearly articulated the value and technical advantages of Xara’s software packages.

Beyond content creation, I was deeply involved in the strategic execution of our marketing initiatives. I managed essential reporting to measure campaign performance and maintained strong relationships with our network of vendors and resellers to ensure alignment across all channels. During my time working alongside Aubergine 262, a dynamic creative agency, I acted as a versatile content specialist across an array of diverse projects. I was an active participant in some client meetings, where I contributed to discussions regarding project development, strategic progression, and long-term goals. As a freelance content creator for Profound’s marketing team, I was responsible for producing authoritative, health-focused content designed to educate and inform their audience. My work focused on writing in-depth medical magazine articles that explored complex health topics, including cancer, organ health, mental health, and various physical ailments such as arthritis and osteoporosis. Additionally, I addressed lifestyle and wellness concerns, including weight loss and sleep optimisation.

Beyond long-form articles, I was tasked with crafting precise product descriptions that effectively communicated the benefits of their supplement range, ensuring that all communications were clear, accessible, and accurate. In addition to my written contributions, I expanded the brand’s reach through vlogging, creating dynamic video content that engaged our community and further established the company as a trusted voice in the anti-ageing and wellness sector.

Lean Six Sigma

​Working with a business consultant specialising in Lean Six Sigma, I focused on translating complex methodologies into clear, high-impact presentations. My primary responsibility was to design and structure professional PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicated his unique theories and strategies for workplace success.

In addition to visual storytelling, I drafted actionable written advice and guidance on implementing specific Lean Six Sigma techniques to streamline operations and achieve critical business goals. By transforming abstract management concepts into structured, persuasive presentations, I helped the consultant clearly articulate his value proposition and empower his clients to drive measurable organisational improvement.

I was dedicated to providing supportive, high-value content for those navigating difficult economic circumstances. This included identifying and detailing free resources available to individuals on limited budgets, ensuring that all communications offered genuine assistance and clarity. ​At Bailey Roofing, I was responsible for developing the company’s website copy and establishing its blog as a trusted resource for homeowners. My work focused on creating comprehensive content regarding loft conversions and roofing services, covering practical topics such as design trends, innovative storage solutions, common maintenance issues, and detailed "how-to" guides.

Beyond technical and informational content, I also focused on the human side of the business.
